Overview
CAGED chord's connect a single chord all over the neck. Utilizing and getting familiar with these shapes help us know the fretboard... not memorize it! These are also the basis for scales, arpeggio's and etc all over the neck!

To connect the shapes:

C Shape's 4th finger is A Shape's 1st finger
A Shape's 2nd, 3rd and 4th finger is G Shape's 1st finger barred
G Shape's 4th finger is E Shape's 1st finger
E Shape's 4th finger is D Shape's 1st finger
D Shape's 2nd and 3rd finger is C Shape's 1st finger barred
