A common problem with “CAGED” shapes is sometimes they’re hard to play. This lesson is about building the triads that make the Minor CAGED shapes.
The important part of this lesson is it’s not just taking 3 strings of any Minor CAGED shape. Each triad contains all three notes necessary to complete the chord.
This is a great way to visualize the chords without having to make awkward fingerings. Hopefully this fills in the gap between small triads and giant CAGED chords.
