So here are a way to use some of those 7th arpeggios! The example I’m playing is a ii — V — I in G so our chords would be

Am7 — D7 — Gmaj7

I go through two different ways
1) Starting on the root for each chord — doesn’t have to be the root I start with in each shape. I outline all the roots in the arpeggio so try all of them!

2) Connecting to the next nearest arpeggio note — start the next arpeggio from the note you left off on.

As always try them in all 12 keys! This just one example of ways to play things, try as many as you can!
