I find the “Layla” outro to be a nice way to start getting used to chord melody, solo guitar, style of playing.
1) Know the Chords – In this case “C, F, Bb, C”
2) Know the Melody
3) Simply add in Chords (on the one of each beat) – Keep Melody the Highest Note
4) Start Spicing It Up! – Arpeggiate and pick around the melody!
