Here are three Dorian Licks in the key of Em! First one is in our “Cm Shape”, second in our “Am Shape”, third is in our “Gm Shape”! I use a chromatic note to glide into a few notes within the scale. I wouldn’t think about them as added notes, just a fancier way to get to the next note of the lick. Dig!
